William Masterson is responsible for providing technology support and technical advice to the litigation teams working in Nixon Peabody’s Upstate New York offices.
As an eDiscovery specialist, Mr. Masterson provides support for and consults with attorneys, staff, and clients in order to advise, monitor, and manage the requirements of litigation support projects and electronic data productions through the use of litigation support applications. Mr. Masterson also provides comprehensive support in utilizing, maintaining, and managing electronic discovery databases and handling projects throughout the litigation process.
Before joining Nixon Peabody LLP, William worked for a leading national provider of electronic discovery, forensic, and support services for more than a decade utilizing his skills during all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
